    Our team is dispersed over 5 different states, 3 time zones and more than 10 different locations so keeping in contact and connected can be tricky. Certainly it is not something that we have always got right. While modern collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Yammer, Skype or video calls can help with some aspects of engagement, there really is no replacement for the ‘Mark 1: Coffee Catch-Up’.
     
    As our team in Canberra rolled back into work last week we took the opportunity to enjoy some of Russell Office’s finest coffee and catch-up on all the personal and work issues. Even within this small gathering we had team members from diverse project types including cyber, electronic warfare, intelligence and people focused projects.
     
    A great catch-up for the team and one that we intend to repeat in our other locations soon.
