BCT Solutions: part of Accenture
BCT Solutions is joining Accenture
The news is out, BCT Solutions has been acquired by Accenture. This huge event marks another milestone in our amazing journey that started back in 2015.
From humble origins around a kitchen table for two, BCT has grown into a national team of 50. Along the way, BCT has been recognised as an AFR Fast Starter (twice), member of the Sage Power 50, ASBCA National Growth Champion and the PM’s Outstanding Veterans’ Employer of the Year.
The decision to sell the company was probably the biggest decision for them to date. But it is one more step in the journey of growth for BCT and the team. In explaining the decision, Angus said:
“From very early on we were always thinking of ways to provide more opportunities for our team to grow and progress. The acquisition by Accenture, allows our team to keep doing the work they love, but now has access to multiple career pathways and a huge amount of opportunities.”
Whilst it is easy to get caught up in the news, it is important to recognise the contribution of everyone in the team that has contributed to the success. Our clients, people, family and friends have all played a role in getting BCT to where it is today – and will continue to do so tomorrow.
As of 01 July, BCT Solutions will be a part of Accenture. In consultation with our people and clients, we will progressively build out our operational model to fit within Accenture’s Health & Public Service practice.
What won’t change?
Today BCT has one of leading teams in Cyber, Electronic Warfare, Technology and Intelligence. Tomorrow and the next day (and the next day after that), the team is still going to be doing what we do best…delivering best-fit solutions for our clients. In all of our engagements, it will be business as usual.
We look forward to engaging with everyone in the near future, to talk about all the possibilities that the future holds for our team.
